Hi, I’m Sophie.
I’m a strategic marketing consultant working with charities, CICs and purpose-driven organisations to develop focused, authentic and effective marketing. I also run a small creative practice that supports charitable causes through my artwork.
All of this is done under the watchful eye of my rescue cat, Bagel, who insists on being involved in everything I do. He mostly contributes by attending meetings uninvited, trying to step in my paint palette, and walking across my keyboard at the worst possible time. He brings a lot to the table.

Creative work with a purpose
After my late partner James died in 2021, I started learning to paint with the art materials he left behind. Since then I’ve spent a lot of time in my studio (read: a corner of the desk in my home office) making artwork and trying to stop Bagel stepping in the paint.
I donate 10% of the profits from my artwork to a different charity each season. And I also sell prints of James’ work too, with 100% of all profits donated to Cardiac Risk in the Young.
