Returns policy
As a small (one-person!) business, I custom-make my products to order through my print on demand provider Printful (apart from my original artworks). This allows me to operate sustainably - both for the environment and my business. Because your items will be produced especially for you, please carefully consider your purchase before ordering!
Returns and Refunds
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, I will resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Please follow the steps below to arrange a return or replacement:
Contact me: Notify me via email at sophie@turnerandbagel.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the faulty or damaged product.
Return Authorization: If your item is confirmed to be faulty, I’ll provide return, refund or replacement instructions.
Replacement or Refund: I’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Non-faulty items
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason.
To return non-faulty items:
Contact me: Email me at sophie@turnerandbagel.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and your reason for return.
Return the Item: After notifying me, you have 14 more days to return the product(s) in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refund: I will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), via the original payment method. Refunds will not include the original shipping cost.
